EMS Special Operations (20-1075)
Mountainside 20-1075 is a 2023 GMC Sierra 2500 HD Pro Crew Cab 4x4. This EMS special operations vehicle replaces an old Ford Explorer that we shared and now houses all of our fire rehab, wilderness rescue, and other equipment permanently for faster response times.
This is the first time the Mountainside Rescue Squad has had three emergency vehicles in its 80+ years!
Rescue 1 (20-1071)
Rescue 1 is a 2015 Ford F-350 4x4 PL Custom "Classic". It replaced our old Rescue 1 which was purchased in 1997. This new rig has state-of-the-art technology as well as four wheel drive for inclement weather.
Rescue 2 (20-1072)
Rescue 2 is a 2020 Ford F-350 4x4 PL Custom "Classic". It is our newest ambulance and replaced our old 2001 Horton Ambulance. This new rig has state-of-the-art technology, four wheel drive, and new stretcher system.
